Scoil na Maighdine Mhuire is indeed an international place with no less than 15 students from outside of Ireland. We are very lucky to have a fantastic ESL teacher in Ms. Denise O'Connell . We have students from Poland, Germany and South Africa.

In Scoil na Maighdine Mhuire, we are very fortunate in that along with all of the subjects that are taught on the Primary School Curriculum, our fifth and sixth classes also get to learn a European language. This is part of the European Languages Initiative.

Fifth Class are currently learning French with Ms. Valerie Duvivier while Sixth Class are learning German with Ms. Sabine Brehmer. We are very grateful to both Valerie and Sabine for their time and effort.
